Help Desk Support
When you call us, you will speak directly to one of our service professionals located in either Perth or Bunbury. There is no 1800 number and no Eastern State’s time zone to consider. Our staff are trained to resolve most customer queries on the spot, and in the event that a service technician is required, one will be quickly directed to your office.

We guarantee to be on-site at your business within two business hours of a fault being reported – the current average time being just 76 minutes*.
And because we stock parts locally within our Perth and Bunbury warehouses, as well as our mobile service vehicles, we are able to achieve a first visit fix rate of more than 90%*.
Preventative Maintenance
We provide remedial and preventative maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations – replacing parts at the end of the recommended life-span regardless of whether they are faulty or not. This ensures maximum up-time for your equipment, minimal disruption to your office and peace of mind.

Our smart software can do much more than just manage the way your documentation is stored. Imagine being able to transform static documents into actionable information. eCopy™ ShareScan® Suite™ and SCOPE Archiving software enables your office workers to collaborate and work faster by making it easy to capture, combine, edit and secure scanned documents as PDFs.
Training
SCOPE training professionals provide free training for your office staff at the time of installation – up to two hours for colour multifunction devices and up to one hour for monochromatic devices. Any additional training can be booked through our Help Desk.
Connectivity
We provide maintenance and support for connectivity and facsimile sub-systems, including raster image processor, print controller, network interface, embedded fax componentry and the standard software products as well as Scope Fax Filer supplied with your machine. Thorough testing and analysis procedures ensure that Network Interface solutions are certified and are of an extremely high standard.
