About SCOPE business imaging

Since our inception in 1986, SCOPE business imaging has been dedicated to its vision of providing superior sales consultancy and servicing, for office document management equipment.

In December 2004, after the merger between global giants Konica and Minolta, Minolta Perth changed its name to SCOPE business imaging. SCOPE business imaging continues its association with Konica Minolta as its only authorised ‘Diamond Dealer’ in Western Australia, while retaining its status as an independently owned and operated business.

SCOPE supplies state-of-the-art, advanced multi-functional copiers. Digital technology is advancing rapidly and companies are demanding increased efficiency in the management of their document production, output and storage. At SCOPE we understand the difficulties companies face when a machine breaks down and that is why we are committed to providing an onsite response of less than two hours in the event of a fault.

Our clients do not have to call a 1800 number, talk to a machine or be frustrated by eastern states time zones. You will speak directly to our friendly Service Department here in Perth – Wendy or Dee. Our logistics team stock a vast range of spare parts and consumables for our entire range of products, thus minimising repair times. With our strong emphasis on preventative maintenance, we aim to minimise the ‘downtime’ on your machine, whilst also maximising its lifespan.

SCOPE recognises the needs of its customers and is dedicated to the provision of service excellence. In response to the needs of our customers we provide additional support facilities, such as our local Help-desk and our unique post-installation training regime. We work with our customers to maximise the results and efficiency of our products.
