In – House Help Desk
Every Scope Business Imaging office has a local help desk. Call any of our offices to be put through to these service professionals. This results in instant access to a solution to your fault call, ordering of consumables or a technical enquiry.
Our service professionals are trained to resolve most customer queries on the spot, and in the event that a service technician is required, one will be quickly directed to your office.
Scope was founded on a belief that service to your hardware could be done better and with greater efficiency. We pioneered a 2 hour service response time in Perth (and 2 hours in the regional offices plus travel depending on location) which has been maintained to this day. More importantly we have created a culture of first time fix for your machine’s issue. At Scope we provide remedial and scheduled preventative maintenance in accordance with the design parameters. This ensures maximum up-time for your hardware and minimal disruption to your office.
At Scope we have a dedicated Training Manager onsite that will be with you throughout your hardware and software journey from pre-sale demonstration through to post-sale setup and training of your new hardware and software. These devices whilst advanced can be simplified down into easy one-touch buttons for your most common jobs creating a device that is bespoke to your needs and with training to ensure you get the most out of it.
