There are many aspects that make SCOPE business imaging different from our competitors. The main advantages are the services we offer as outlined below;

Service Control

We are locally based in Perth and Bunbury, Western Australia. No 1800 number. No Eastern State time zones to take into consideration. You will speak directly to our friendly Service Department here in Perth – Wendy or Dee. Parts and consumables warehoused on site.

Response Times

We guarantee to provide onsite attendance within an average of 2 business hours of a fault being reported to our Service Department. Our statistics can verify an average response time over the last 24 month period of 79 minutes per fault call to contract customers.

Product Training

We provide product training (free of charge) at the time of installation – up to 4 hours for colour machines and up to 2 hours for monochromatic machines. Any additional training can be booked though our service department.

Preventative Maintenance

We provide remedial and preventative maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations – replacing parts at the end of the recommended life-span regardless whether they are faulty or not.

Connectivity

We provide maintenance and support for connectivity and facsimile subsystems, including raster image processor, print controller, network interface, embedded fax componentry and the standard software products supplied with your machine.

Help-Desk

We can provide telephone assistance with regards to product or network related queries.

Please note: All these services are available and subject to the individual agreements negotiated and set in place with SCOPE business imaging.
