The supply of drums, developer, toner, and the servicing of the equipment, is charged on a per printed page basis.

It is fully inclusive and includes the following.

1. All fault calls*
2. All spare parts*
3. All preventative maintenance
4. All service calls

The all-inclusive cost per page amount is 1.2 c mono and 9 c colour + GST per A4 colour page.
*Does not include faults caused by customer neglect or misuse.

• We have our own IT support and do not need the machine to be installed by Scope
• We do need to have a Scope IT professional install the machine - $280 plus GST

What is covered at your install?

* A Scope technician will install printer drivers onto your print server or onto 5 workstations, we will also set up scan to email and scan to folder.
* Subject to 1 hour onsite with correct IT configuration information supplied prior to delivery.
